These terms govern your use of usebands.com and the BANDS conversion service. By creating an order you agree to them.

1. The service

BANDS lets you convert supported stablecoins (USDT, USDC and USDS on the networks listed at checkout) into Nigerian Naira paid to a bank account you provide. Payouts are settled through third-party payment and liquidity partners.

2. Quotes and rates

Rates shown before you create an order are indicative and can change. A fresh rate is applied when your order is created and is shown on the payment screen. Fees are shown before you confirm.

3. Your responsibilities

• Send exactly the amount shown, in the token and on the network shown, to the deposit address for your order and before it expires.
• Make sure the bank details you enter are correct. Payouts to an account you entered cannot be recalled by BANDS.
• Only use funds you lawfully own, and do not use BANDS for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering or financing of terrorism.

4. Errors, expiry and refunds

Tokens sent on the wrong network, in an unsupported token, or to an expired address may be lost or delayed. Where funds can be returned, they are returned to the sending wallet less any network costs. Keep your order ID and contact us if anything goes wrong.

5. Limits and refusal

We set minimum and maximum order sizes and may refuse, pause or reverse an order where required by law, by our payout partners, or to protect users from fraud.

6. No financial advice

BANDS does not give investment, tax or legal advice. Crypto asset values can change quickly.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BANDS is not liable for losses caused by incorrect details you provide, network congestion or failures, or third-party bank delays.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
