• Order details: amount, token, network, rate, order ID and status.
• Payout details: bank name, account number, account name and the optional memo you enter.
• Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to limit abuse of the service, plus standard server logs.

We do not ask for an account, password or wallet private keys, and we never need them.

Why we use it

To quote rates, verify the bank account name, create and settle your order, show you its status, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Order and payout details are shared with our payment and liquidity partners so they can verify the account and pay out. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.
